Apa ada dgn Walkathon?


Weekend ni aku akan berjalan lagi untuk 12 jam and probably my 3rd ultra walk as at now. As my 1st attempt last year dkt Penang 12 hours Walk which aku manage to clock 63KM in 12 hours and no 9 keseluruhan men open. Berjalan dalam hujan dan ribut in 10 hours. This is my 1st endurance event dan 1st event Marathon aku sblum the real marathon 2 month lps tu.

Then aku balas my 2nd event dkt Melaka 12 hours Walk. Same year and after my FMV. Aku manage to clock 50KM in 10hours. Seriusly aku face big issue dgn hal kemelecetan pada kaki aku. Seawal beberapa jam pertama aku dah hit problem ni dan enough with 50KM.

This year, Putrajaya 12 hours Walk which will happen weekend ni. It will make more special bila Team Pacat akan bukak a camp for this event. Insyallah ada rezki ada makan2 skit pada yg nak singgah. Futher aku akan berjalan dgn Suzi dan anak2 aku tahun ni. Suzi akan try her endurance level sblum dia lari TNF100 Thai Feb nanti. Dan aku sendiri as part of my LSD. No big target, just try to achive 50KM and klu dpt lbh, that would be good.

Anyway, walking is not easy. Aku prefer berlari dari berjalan dalam masa yg lama. Serius, klu kita rasa berjalan dalam jangka masa yg lama itu senang, come and register this event then u know what i am saying. So it good pada yg nak kuatkan atau nak cuba kemampuan diri sblum go for any ultra or longer event then FM. Lagi satu, kita jugak boleh training tuk kuatkan form on walk/fast walk and thsi can be use in real game such FM and ultra.

Pada kawan2 yg baru nak cuba game ni. Gud luck. Pada yg dah mai ulang byk kali, tahniah. Hope anda dpt clock good mileage this weekend.
