Lazy November


November this year jadual aktiviti aku agak terkawal. There is no big event happen. As plan before this month penuh dgn hiking and also some small mileage run. Powerman aku dah reject, CICM reject, all Thai event also reject. Smua move tahun dpn. Aku just fokus dgn really small event for this month. This is just to make sure mental and fizikal aku balik ke mood normal. Anyway, my plan for this month is more on cross training.

1. Mt Angsi Trail Run
Kli ni aku plan nak naik dari Ulu Bendul dan turun ke Bukit Putus. Dulu aku berlari naik dari arah bertentangan dan turun ke Ulu Bendul. Now kita tukar. Anyway, route dari Ulu Bendul naik keatas agak tough klu nak compare naik dari Bukit Putus. But at this level of fitness, aku just nak tgk how aku boleh handle all the hills. Just nak enjoy the hills and suasana hutan.

2. KLCC Park Half Marathon
Yup, aku dah lama teringin nak buat HM kat park ni. Actually aku ada plan lebih menarik where nak lari 50KM at this park. Dlu masa Convension Centre (CC) ni xda, aku mmg lari kat taman ni. Masa tu padang lagi CC tu, tmpt budak2 UOA main bola. Now dah naik CC and Traders Hotel. So it will be a new venue tuk family aku berlari Sunday morning. Mak aku pon dah kawtim nak turun berlari skang ni, siap aku dah belikan kasut. Jgn memain2, lepas ni dia boleh masuk veteran kategori.

3. Mt Irau Hike
Ni dalam jadual Team Pacat untuk November. So insyallah aku akan bawak kaum2 yg nak naik minggu depan. Sini challenge is more on the cuaca. Sejuk melampau sini. Dgn lecah, dgn latitude. Ni gunung ke-9 tertinggi kat Semenanjung ni. Jgn pandang ringan. Jarak dia dalam 5KM 2 hala but elevation dia agak membunuh.

4. Mt Nuang Trail Run
Ni aku nak buat simple run to simulate MR25 event. Probably on Depavali or Awal Muharam. Just nak enjoy sampai Kem Lolo and turn back. Ni consider family event.

5. Penang Marathon
Even ni aku pi buat 2 kategori. HM and 10KM. So not that rush sbb cutoff agak panjang 5jam tuk 31KM. HM 3j30m dan 10KM dalam 1j30m. HM start 3am and 10KM start 6.30am. So xda issue on the timingkan. Aku nak cukupkan koleksi pingat tuk Penang Marathon sblum dpa go to new venue next year. Jangan marah aaa..

6. Desa Park City Run
Ni event anak2 aku. so it part of the schedule. This is 2nd edition tuk depa. I am not expecting any good result, cukup klu dpa habiskan and enjoy the game.

7. Skytrex Adventure
This is just to fullfill some adrenalin rush. Serius it good untuk menaikkan semangat. Flying fox between pokok ke pokok yg setinggi bangunan 5-6 tingkat. Berjalan atas satu tali diketinggian 30kaki, bergayut antara 2 tali diketinggian yg sama. Mari kita lihat siapa yg kena.

So, lazy tak?

wah small small pun sungguh best :) double whammy in penang lagi tu! skytrex is something i want to do, tak terbuat2 lagi .. dengar kata kena book in advance, betul?eh how old is your mom? salute to her nak start all this !! nanti lepas ni siapa jadi baby sitter? hahaha

penang tu mmg dah plan lama tu.. sib baik start time dia jauh..

skytrax mmg kne book in advance.. klu musim peak such cuti skolah mmg slalu penuh.. best kak.. this is my 2nd time and prefer extream.. mmg rasa la adrenalin dia naik.. hahaha

mak saya baru pencen.. in 2 month dia gain 5KG by duk umah je.. so dia layan fast walk hari2 kat area rumah skg.. dia pon xnak sakit2.. baru belikan dia kasut.. kasi dia smgat skit.. lps ni plan2 ajak dia masuk fun run.. huhu..

ya bro.. Hall of Fame.. i blve it not about how much marathon u go.. but it about how u really enjoy what u do.. kan?

Mt Irau tuh mcm menarik, kena try gak nih, suka gak hiking2 nih, be one with the nature la katakan... Super Awesome... Happy trail running + hiking k, Man... Salute2 =D

Aizat.. tq bro.. aku start dgn outdoor and upgrade skit2.. so outdoor kne buat jugak for cross training.. klu nak ikut kasi tau.. aku leh adjust slot..
