BacktoBack - Bukit Apek and PJ Down


Hiking Bukit Apek
This is routine untuk Team PAcat. Boleh dikatakan jadual untuk bulan May. So smua yg terlibat dgn Kinabalu hike bulan 9 ni kne turun. Nak jadi lagi best Team PACat junior pon turun which Adib, anak sulung Mimi and Sham, Akil and Hatta anak En Zul dan Aaron and Adam dari side aku. Amy wife En Zul xdpt join sbb ada program lain and Suzi pon sama which kene tgk Aiesha yg xberapa sihat.

Jadi seawal 7am kami dah terpacak kat kaki Bukit Apek. Actually this is the next reunion lepas dari Pacesetter Relay few month back + kli ni dgn anak2 skali. So lepas few warm up kmi tekan naik. Untuk Adib, this is his 1st hike dan untuk yg lelain proberly dah masuk few times dah. Jadi aku n En Zul xberapa risau sgt sbb budak2 ni kmi yakin cukup kental dan lasak.PAling penting to build up setiawakan and so far they all are doing good. PRoberly Pacat Junior bleh plan for theor own trip in next 20 years.

Masa naik xda byk problem tuk anak2 except kmi ibu2 dan bapak2. All the kids reach the peak in 1h20m. Diikuti PAcat Senior. Seriusly mmg xbyk masalah tuk depa sbb aku yakin depa really excited with all this outdoor. So kmi turun after take a long break kat peak. Proberly will do the same arrangement next month tuk naik Mt Angsi via Bukit Putus. Penglibatan family mcm ni mmg dialu2kan supaya anak2 dpt terlibat secara xlangsung dgn aktiviti outdoor ni.


PJ Down

Abis trip Apek, aku balik and terus karbo load and tido. Rehat kne cukup else boleh jadi lemau. Actually aku xput any high expectation in this event. Plan asal nak DNS je sbb aku kne kje pagi tu. Jadi lepas kene lambung dgn EN Zul, aku on jer sbb dia pon kne kje the same day. By 2am kmi dah sampai and ready to go.

Aku xface byk mslh for the whole route until KM18. Masa ni aku rasa lapar giler. Perut sakit giler mcm gastrik. So aku amek keputusan berjalan ja. Masa ni asyik buang angin je dan aku yakin perut aku kosong. Pelik gak sbb mlm tu aku makan agak byk. Plan asal nak clock sub 2h30m. Sbb aku dah berjalan last 3KM, bye2 je le. Dpt la jugak clock 2h44m. Still ok la tu. LSD kan so xpyh le laju2.

By 9am aku dah terpacak kat opis due to some regional activity. So mmg rabak la segala, mata, semangat, hati. Kne lak aku yg jadi koordinator. Lemau ja depa dgr suara aku. Nak lagi best bukan satu aktiviti tapi 2.. lps yg pagi mlm kene sambung lagi. Nak jadi lagi best the next day aku ada course seminggu. So bersambung2 la lemau nyer.

Anyway, all it find with me. Just i need enough sleep and makan. So this weekend.. Recce Ladang Bangi and Towerthon. Hope all goes as a plan.
