Report - Hiking Mt Angsi (Bkt Putus, Ulu Bendul)



Ini adalah sub plan selepas original plan ada problem. Plan asal minggu ni nak turun Mt Gap and Mt Ulu Semangkok. Again dicancel. Aku rasa dah masuk 5 kali cancel. Rasa gunung ni mmg xnak kmi naik dpa kot. La ni plan asal ada almost 8 org akan join. La ni aku satu pamily which consist of aku, Suzi, Suhaila, Aaron and Adam. En Zul patut mai dgn sorang kawan dan Sham and Mimi. Jadi last minit Sham n Mimi tarik diri due to really bad elergy. Kesian depa, dpa dah beria2 nak turun and last minit kne call off. Dan kawan En Zul pon tarik diri last minit due to org bujang problem.

Jadi mcm biasa, aku dan En Zul terpaksa replan sbb

1. Ke KKB agak jauh jadi xberbaloi klu turun xramai.
2. Yg dewasa kurang sangat expecially lelaki sbb ramai kanak2 untuk diperhatikan.

So we change plan. Kmi naik Mt Angsi kali ni but ada 2 arrangement which

1. Kami smua naik dari Bukit Putus but Suzi and the kids akan turun dari Bukit Putus jugak. Anyway, this is warm up session untuk Suzi and best part adik ipar aku pon turun pada hari yg sama. Jadi dia ni xpernah haking2 ni so this is the best solution untuk smua dalam team ni.
2. Aku danEn Zul akan turun ikut Ulu Bendul. Jadi Suzi akan pickup kami kat sana.

Aku boleh kata this is anniversary hike tuk Team PAcat which this is the 1st venue kami hentam 2 tahun lepas tapi kmi naik dari Ulu Bendul and turun pon Ulu Bendul. So far not much issue dari naik sampai la ke turun. Aku pon xleh nak laju sbb takut dpt injury. Turun ikut Ulu Bendul agak risky sbb track dia amat curam, jadi pergerakan lutut betul2 kne jaga. Now aku ada 3 marathon straight in 3 month. Jadi aku xnak ada yg aku DNF, so aku treat this as a cross training. Just slow and steady.

We did it in split 2 hours up and 1 hour 40 minute down. It is much better then 1st time kami naik which amek masa <> 9 jam. Masa tu 1st time kami dpt syndrom Zombi Kg Pisang. We learn from there. Now proberly we will repeat again from Ulu Bendul-peak-Ulu Bendul baru betul2 rasa.

Welcome back to the team for Suzi. She will involve more on hiking and running after this. Proberly alternate le dgn aku sbb klu dua2 dah masuk, baby sapa plak nak tgk. Futher En Zul la ni become more stronger then what i aspect. He is now ready for more longer event. I think this is a good move for everyone.
