3 marathon in 60 days




It sounds nicekan. Hohaa..

Yup i am going to do this. At the 1st place aku nak buat 4 marathon in 60 days. Tapi bila2 fikir balik apa yg jadi kat aku last year bila pukul to much event in a month aku jadi insap kejap. So 3 marathon in 3 month should be sedap2 dimakan begitu saja.

So what in this 3..

(ENR) Energizer Night Run 2012 (21 Apr 2012)
(BM) Borneo Marathon 2012 (06 May 2012)
(SCKLM) Standard Charted KL Marathon 2012 (24 June 2012)

Satu event yg dalam list dan aku terus lupakan is Sundown Marathon 2012 in Singapore (26 May 2012) dan 2 marathon yg aku kne push next year klu panjang umur yg clash which is Bali Marathon dan Hatyai Marathon. So tahun ni aku letakkan local event as priority and i beliave all this international event they can wait for me next year.

So far aku dalam penjadualan dalam pembinaan basic running rate. Yup this is what lack in my training. Dlu aku main redah ja lari without any basic rate. Luckly xda injury but after look for long term it not healthy. So aku baru 2 minggu mula dgn penjadualan ni dan tujuan penjadualan ni adalah untuk "that" ultra in Sept. Tu pon klu ada la event ni but no harm to start this training from now cause i can use this to improve my marathon timing and proberly any other ultra event after Sept.

Jadi aku xletak any big hope in my timing for ENR dan BM sbb aku baru mula 2 minggu. Futhr jadual depa amat dekat, selang 14 hari ja. Klu nak tgk perubahan pon proberly at SCKLM nanti. Jadi ENR dan BM aku just nak pi as part of my LSD. Klu buat lbh dari cut off time (6 hours for ENR dan 6.5 hour for BM) pon aku xberapa kisah as far aku nak abiskan game ni. If i can get slightly better time then my last marathon (APBIM 6h50m) that would be nice. All the mentor always say, "PELAN-PELAN KAYUH, THERE IS ALWAYS A GAME AHEAD FOR US" and "YOUR TIMING WILL IMPROVE BY TIME". So i did my plan properly this year untuk mencapai kemajuan mengikut peringkat.

Another good news, now i loss almost 4kg. Masa TUC berat aku naik jadi 72KG dari 69KG before. So lepas aku start dgn jadual baru, berat aku turun sampai 68KG. Nak kata diet xda la sgt sbb aku just kurangkan portion nasi ja but amek sayur dan ikan lebih. So it good to improve more in my running . Berat actually part of factor which will give impact in the performance and speed. So aku kne kurangkan more weight secara semula jadi dan tidak mendadak or else aku akan sakit.

So hope to hear more good news after this. The challenge already start and see how it goes in this 60 days.

1st time nampak abg kat 2011 Penang 12-hr walk... 12hrs pun dah buat, 3 x 42km tu apa barang :P

Insyaallah, with your determination you will succeed. And insyaallah if all goes well, we shall meet at km36 SCKLM!! Just do your best, aim to finish and have fun. Take care though not to injure urself. Know to stop if necessary! Good luck!

Tak jumpa hang in any of those. Tengah cuba kurangkan events, mostly Siam aje. But good luck bro, proud of u. Jumpa kat kedai runcit km36 with kak June nanti.

Please consider running River Jungle Marathon if u r not registered for KOTR. And jadilah MM, apa lagi? :P
