Biggers Loser Bangi 2012



After review last year target baru aku realise yg aku tertinggal tujuan asal aku mengubah cara hidup. Actually pada niat asal nak turunkan berat badan. Taik kering penuh melekat dimana2 kat anggota badan ni. Berat sih bawak taik kering lebih 22kg kat badan (dari berat ideal). Berat asal aku is 77kg dgn ketinggian 156cm. Sungguh comel. Dah mcm awimbawe2 the hypo bila berjalan. Kesedaran pon timbul jadi aku plan tu reduce berat badan dalam kiraan minimum 5KG dalam tempoh 6 bulan pertama (dari June 2011) or 10kg max dalam tempoh yg sama. Tu yg berlari berbatu2 tu. Dan keputusannya?

As at today berat aku 69KG. Turun 8kg dari berat asal aku 77kg 6 bulan sudah dan berat ni maintain almost for 2 month. Jadi aku kne revise diet and training aku supaya dapat berat ideal aku 55kg. Now i am still in obesi graft. La ni aku plan in 2012 turun lagi atlease up to 59kg which sedap2 dimakan begitu saja. Anyway, berat aku turun secara mendadak lepas 1st HM aku which aku yakin due to water. 3KG turun lepas berlari dan terus turun sampai 2 bulan lepas (which maintain). Bulan puasa lagi best, dia drop dari 70KG sampai 65Kg but naik balik to 69kg sampai hari ni.

Anyway, 8kg in 6 month is a good figure + aku xla berapa diet sangat just berenti pengambilan makanan "terlarang" dan mengurangkan kuantiti mende yg aku makan. On top of that aku maintain dgn jadual aku, berlari dan terus berlari. La ni aku more concentrate on Strengh (expecially upperbody) , Core and Cross Training (mcm biasa didengar mende ni, tapi dimana ya). Walaupon berat turun tapi saiz pinggang dan perut masih xturun byk. Berat jugak sih bawak extra tank kat perut ni. Klu baring sure mcm sami comel yg tidur.

Now i am putting more smart way of training rather then knock head way for that last 6 month. Now I did have a proper plan for my diet and training this year. Anyway, my friend here really help me on ilmu diet cara santai. I learn a lot from his blog and oso Kak June yg byk kasi advise on my colestrol issue. Currently I manage to reduce my colestrol level almost par from normal (which just do fruit diet and enjoy my other food as pernormal).

I will update the progress in every 6 month. Jadi wait the status from one of the contestant for Biggers Loser Bangi 2nd edition.
