Run Forest Run




Dah sminggu dah kita beraya. Anyway sepanjang ramadhan, larian masih diteruskan. Rekod baru telah dibuat. Aku berjaya buat 2 half marathon (HM) in 7 days. The best part both attempt aku berjaya perbaiki masa tuk smua jarak. 10KM and 22KM.

1st attempt aku buat 4 hari slum raya dgn catatan masa 10KM = 1j20m and 22KM 2j50m. 2nd attempt which aku buat wekend lepas dgn catatan masa 10KM = 1j10m and 22KM 2j35m. It much better then my 1st HM in SCKLM 3h45m. Kurang sejam tuh. La ni aku betul berkeyakinan todo more. Target to have sub 2j30m before Putrajaya Marathon bulan depan. Thanks to tempo run.

La ni aku dah mulakan jadual latihan tok full marathon (FM) which akan berlaku di Penang Bridge November ni. Jadual ni telah diubahsuai untuk kekangan masa yg aku ada. Hpe smua berjalan lancar.

Anyway, bulan ni ada few event to go. Skang ni aku punya target just nak perbaiki masa dan buat more long run in weekend. Berat badan maintain in range 67kg to 69kg. As target to reduce more until 65kg by end of this year.

This weekend ada Solomon Xtrail dkt padang ragut UPM. Xda buat trail run pon. Yg ni aku redah ja. Sja nak rasa berlari dalam semak ni.
