Update on Training Regime




Currently aku dalam schedule for my Full Marathon (FM). My schedule customise totaly for FM. Last month aku customise special program for my half marathon (HM) dan berjaya achive my 1st HM in 4 weeks. Not in a good timing but i manage to finish it. Now aku customise again for FM with 12 week program, sblum ni 20 week tapi kne cutshort sbb kne consider byk cuti all the way sampai November. Jadi aku akan dpt kejar Penang Bridge Marathon for my 1st marathon this year. At least to finish it.

La ni aku dah masukkan lebih byk program dan lbih detail. La ni ada masuk

* Hill workout
* Strenght workout
* Speed and interval workout
* Speed walk workout

Selain tu diet aku pon menjadi lebh kemas skang ni. Dah ada masuk supliment dan booster tuk training dan tournoment. Lebih menarik keperluan larian aku pon dah almost lengkap such dehidration belt and others. Jadi xda alasan tuk aku berlatih dgn lebih effective. I am taking this seriouly sbb aku yakin i can move futher on this activies. Lbh fit, lbh sihat dan lbh puas. Currently berat aku maintain 69-71kg dari berat awal aku 75-76kg. Aku nak kejar berat ideal 63-65kg.

On December, akan ada 12 hour Melaka Walk. I beliave this will be my 1st Ultra Marathon (UM). Aku plan to walk more then 50KM. Proberly next year aku boleh concentrate dgn UM yg aku cita2kan. Insyallah klu panjang umur dan diizinkan tuhan.

berat ideal kau 63-65? gile ke? tu macam berat aku je.. ke aku ni spesis gemok?

mesti cita2 kau nak jadi jantan cekeding kurus macam lidi kan? heeee..

kura> ko yg gemuk tu.. hahahahaha.. aku ni comel jer beb.. berat ideal kering 55-60.. berat sedap2 peluk 61-65.. lebih tu dah kira obes.. :P

berat ideal dengan ketinggian aku, 165cm ialah 55-65kg.. kalau lebih baru obese..

takkan laa kau ni kerdil giler?

biar berat muscle, asal jangan berat lemak.. kihkihkih
